The Orthodox Way

In his book “The Orthodox Way”, Metropolitan Kallistos Ware, of thrice-blessed memory, who has fallen asleep in the Lord yesterday, had confirmed my conviction that a professional theologian is someone who walks, with confidence, in and out of the house! No one knows the house like its people. Moreover, no one like them knows how to approach beauty, wherever it manifests itself, courting it, and building with it a friendly relationship which they are not ashamed to reveal publicly. I am not saying that Metropolitan “Ware” is unique among his household. The enlightened, wherever they are, search for God "in all places of His dominion”. How do you gather together on one way, saints and theologians, both from your Church and from another, with writers, poets and philosophers…? “For there is no partiality with God”. “In My Father’s house are many mansions”! This is an answer that you will find if you walk on this vast and beautiful “Orthodox Way”. May God have mercy on the Metropolitan writer.
