I would like to dedicate my contribution today, at the end of this year, to thank the friends who accompany me in what I write to you every day. I first thank those of them who provide me with headlines that would have been difficult for me to know of all of them, especially during this time of ongoing aggression against Gaza. Then there are those who accompany me in reading it and commenting about it as well as disseminating it under an intentional blackout of every “differing opinion”. As for my remaining thanks, they are to the sponsors of this page who manage it, take care of its layout, and work hard to translate it into English. I thank them for two things, for making these lines available to readers who do not master Arabic, whether Arabs or foreigners, and for the amazing freedom with which they surround me, in any case.
