Laughter in the Morning!

These are lines that are difficult to understand except for those who have reached this rock bottom we have reached in Lebanon. I will talk to you about the electricity, which our successive ministries have not only found difficult to solve, but also to program the times for distributing it to the people. The Lebanese does not know when his state will honor him by sending him the electric current; he even does not know how long he will be blessed with it during the day. Yesterday morning, the state electricity shone in our house for half a minute. My wife was in the kitchen preparing lunch. When the electricity got cut off, her voice rang out: "I was thinking of switching to washing and ironing...". My daughter, who came from abroad to visit us during her university vacation, replied: "Relax, mom! Our country does not like to tire us by thinking"! We laughed! Is there a country in the world like Lebanon that triggers your laughter in the morning?!
