If you ever, for a moment, think that the Orthodox Youth Movement (MJO) no longer reflects your ambition, be confident that this idea is a temptation from an enemy who hates to see us standing firm in the Truth. Today, I will not tell you that the regeneration movements are the same as each and every one of their members, but rather, that the Youth Movement, as it is, transcends anything a person truly desiring to live for God and to serve His Church could aspire to. I will briefly explain two reasons for this. The first is because the Movement is the work of the Spirit, “Who, if we are faithless, He remains faithful, He cannot deny Himself” (2 Timothy 2:13). As for the second, it relates to the fact that the Movement has revealed, since its inception in 1942, that the living human being breaks through the graves of negligence, remoteness, and sloth... with the ministry that requires us to seek, alongside those who are striving in the Church, to establish and extend goodness on earth. Am I glorifying flesh and blood? No, but rather the "Church of Talents". No ambition surpasses the living faithfulness. This is the ambition of the Spirit.
