War Crimes

I am trying to believe that the United Nations organization is really concerned about fulfilling the purpose of its founding in 1945, namely ensuring the peace and security of the nations… I am asking about the aggression against Gaza. Yesterday, the “organization’s" High Commission for Human Rights indicated, in a stance published online, that what Israel is doing in the Gaza Strip today, especially its raids on the Jabalia camp, “could amount to war crimes”. How hideous this “could” is! Where does the world draw its ink from when formulating its stances? Is it from being considerate to the parties? From the truth? From the laws? From justice? Or from subjection?!... This “could” makes it seem that the hand, that redacted it, is writing something it does not want to write! The crimes that Israel is committing today are numerous. However, it could not have committed these (crimes) had it not existed. This is the basis for every crime. When the world is convinced that the occupation of land is a crime, its position becomes upright!
