I contend that I got to know what appeals to you. With what I write to you, I see that most of you take a liking to what I reveal of matters that pertain to me or what stories or impressions I tell or intimate discourses I write. What strikes me is that most of you flee from some titles, of which I mention today what is related to the homeland. Do you think that our destiny, in this area, is to remain crucified over fog and wounds? Whatever your stance, this does not change that homelands are always being made. I understand you, if you say that you are tired. We have been oppressed for too long. However, I cannot understand, In the matter of the homeland and in others, that we succumb to indifference or despair that will not benefit us in anything. What I would like to leave to you today is that talking about the homelands is part of our belief that the Word of God has become human. Do not look for a value for the land more precious than that Jesus has assumed our dust.
