Life is a constant struggle. Every human being is responsible for himself and for people, old and young. How does he who works in the light fall? I am not asking about the scandal of vices that unfold in the course of commitment, but rather about the secret of obedience. What is the secret of obedience? Its secret is in love, in honesty, in perpetual vigilance, that God, who is on the throne, wants to raise us to Him. Man falls. Every human being can fall. I will not go into the enumeration of the downfalls that people reject the most. It suffices for all of us to remember that God rejects every fall. “But now you yourselves are to put off all these…” (Colossians 3:8). This is the basis for our teaching that there is no fall that God cannot erase except for the one we insist on. When the Church punishes a member of hers, she does not deny him the hope of salvation. This is a big push to return to the light.
