Some people have allowed themselves to answer, with excessive negativity, Jesus' question at the end of the parable of "The Widow and the Judge": "When the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?" (Luke 18:8). They have said emphatically, "No, He will not"! I do not know where from these negative people got this understanding or, let me say, how did they understand that Jesus expects them or anyone else to answer His question? Can any human being determine who is the believer on earth? Not only does this negativity make the person put himself in the place of God but it also obscures the most beautiful aspect of the question, which is that Jesus has revealed His secret within it. He spoke about the kind of faith He wishes to find at His coming, the faith of the woman who compelled the judge in the parable to grant her justice. If I were to summarize the question in two words, I would say that Jesus expects us to pray without losing heart. This not only indicates the faith He desires but also hastens His coming. This is the pinnacle of faith.
