Serving the Broken

Every time you get out of your house, remember that there is a broken heart waiting for you outside or at your destination. No night comes to an end without people getting broken. By night, I do not mean its hours. There are people among us whose days are nights. If you are willing to mend hearts, ask God to guide you to the broken ones. They are always here. If you seek guidance from God, He will give you to recognize them. I am not pinpointing to you any of them. I am not saying, for example, that you will recognize them from their faces, their voices, or their clothes... I am not talking exclusively about those who spend their day starving or complaining, or about the lonely ones and those who have been dispossessed of their joys... There are, among the broken ones, people who are significant in the land. I repeat that you should ask God. This protects you first from every brokenness, then sends you forth into the world for a better service and a better human being.
