Of the Household

This morning, I woke up early to a question from a friend. He said to me: “why do you not dare to criticize the Synodists…?” (I think he meant the members of the Synod in the Church of Antioch). He chose to place his question, in a text I had posted a few days ago, perhaps seeing in it a suitable place for his question to spread. Our friend did not leave his question on the page. However, as an administrator of my page, Facebook has given me to know him as well as his question. I am writing these lines to the friend who had questioned publicly. I would like to invite him to a face to face meeting, if he is present in Lebanon or transiting through it. Any grand person, concerned about our Church, is always most welcome. What remains, what is meaningful to me to leave to all friends, is that we, on this electronic space and elsewhere, are all responsible for preserving that we are members of the household of God. This is a welcoming place for all beneficial words and deeds.
