Nativity of the Word

Gaza has become the home of destruction. Most of it has become ruins. People, its people who have lived in it through multiple generations, have been displaced by predatory hatred, in front of the whole world, as if they were criminals! No grief is greater than the grief of Gaza today. Oceans are flowing from eyes, “weeping and great mourning”. I do not obtain my ink from stores of despair. I trust in God and in His amazing power. God asks for no permission before He intervenes to accomplish His purpose. No road holds Him back. No sins stop Him. No crime deters Him. Israel has done what it does best. This is its specialty. However, unbidden, it has transformed the area that it is seeking to eradicate, into a fitting place for the nativity of the Word. Gaza has become mostly a cave! No place on earth is more fitting than Gaza for Jesus to be born in, today. Behold, the day of the Lord draws near! The signs of His coming have become complete. “Wrath and distress, unseasonable happenings and destruction, gloom and darkness, cloud and vapor”. The cave has prepared itself. All of Gaza has prepared itself. Tomorrow, a new day will dawn upon it!
