Meaning of the Places

Brother Elias Haber, the new person in charge of the Orthodox Youth Movement (MJO) branch in Hazmieh, conveyed to me the desire of the brethren in the Mount Lebanon Chapter to use the our Church hall on a date he mentioned to me. He did not wait for me to ask him about the occasion, but rather clarified immediately: "they want a big hall in which they watch the last match of the World Cup in football". His face baffled me. To me, he seemed anxious. I have known Brother Elias in his details since he was a child. I also answered him immediately: "tell the brethren: they are welcome". He smiled. I asked him about his anxiety! He answered me: “here and there, in some of our churches, we need to delve deeper in our knowledge that God had embraced our earthen vessels”! The words are comprehensible! I told him: “tell the brethren that they, in their fraternal presence, confirm the meanings of the places in which they are. Church halls are cold walls without them!
