A few days ago, a friend of mine showed me footage of a video song performed by some children in which they glorify the power of Israel, and call for the wiping out of Gaza “in a single year”. The song is bloody in its details, especially in its likening the people of Gaza to “the swastika bearers”! We all know the Jews’ wound that is lingering from Nazism. Yet, who does actually resemble Nazism, the people of Gaza whose children are killed by Israel, or those who exploit children in order to establish Nazism and hatred and pass them on from generation to generation? Israel knows that, with respect to children, the evil of Nazism is not expressed only in its killing about a million and a half children, both Jews and others, but also in its targeting its own children with its seeking to mold their minds with what serves its sole existence as a pattern of thought and dominion. This song triggered global outrage, prompting Israel to withdraw it from circulation hours later. But, who can withdraw this loathsome (offensive) resemblance that it has left behind?

The Voice of Truth
At the outset of the temporary truce between Hamas and Israel, the latter summoned the ambassadors of Belgium and Spain “for a sharp reprimand” over their prime ministers’ statement that Israel “needs to respect international humanitarian law” in its aggression against Gaza… What a heinous crime! Is it the “supreme race” that gives Israel the right, on earth, to consider itself “the state” that can call to account but cannot be held accountable, that strikes, destroys, kills and expels…, and expects the world to sympathize with it and to apologize for bothering it?! Allow me to express my bewilderment over this insanity and shameless arrogance. However, accept also this praise for what the city council of Barcelona in Spain did, whose institutions have all cut ties with Israel. The city council said that this cutting of ties (the second this year) will remain “until there is a permanent cease-fire in Gaza and the country "respects" the basic rights of the Palestinian people". Israel only knows how to conclude a truce while harboring ill will! Has the voice of truth set out on earth?
