C.S. Lewis Said

C.S. Lewis said, “God has an eternity to spend with each person alone”. When I became acquainted with this saying, I kept it in a safe place, like all precious gems that resemble it. I cannot count for you the number of times I have come back to it and enjoyed reading it. Personal love, says Lewis, is constant in any case. This can only be understood well by lovers. God is the lover of history. He loves you. He loves me. What does God do with our sins? Lewis says nothing about sins. He drowns in love. Love covers a multitude of sins. This saying tells the story of God and the story of man as well. Every human being is beautiful. God loves to break (the boundaries of) time in the company of every human being. Mankind is meaningless if it comes to itself from itself. God gives meaning to us, to each and every one of us. Lewis echoed what Jesus said on the cross. This is the outburst of eternal love.
