A New Election

Today, the brethren in the Orthodox Youth Movement (MJO) in Mount Lebanon elected Sister Nada Wazen as president of their chapter for the next two years. What they wanted, in this election, was to put before themselves a faithful face to complete with them their walk to the face of Jesus. I will tell you some of what we have noticed in Nada. The Mount chapter has received, from elders in Antioch, that the regeneration in the Church is a permanent workshop, the work in which concerns everyone, old or young, man or woman, married or single... Each has his place in the body of Christ Who wants us, in our walk to Him, to take everyone with us. This is Nada, in a nutshell, in love and service. Today, I pray fervently for her that she may be strengthened in the service of the free awareness that the regeneration of people is based on nothing other than the love of Jesus alone. It is a new election to glorify the One Who makes everything new.
