I know that the story is true. I am not writing to tear down (people). All I wanted us to remember is that the rational human being knows himself. This is our salvation throughout our life: to flee from triviality. The most trivial thing I could be is to magnify myself in my own eyes. I am who I say I am! I am not saying that the alternative to this triviality is to seek the others’ approval. This, if it is not for our own reform, then it is another triviality. Pay attention to the word. The world is a monster seeking to swallow us. Many people think that they can survive it if they give themselves significance. Man’s only significance is to spend his life, waiting for God’s opinion about him.

Friends tell me that there are people who, if you text them on their phone, they do not answer you on the spot, some for lack of attention, some others for being busy, and some last ones in order to give themselves a value they deem they are entitled to.
