What I have in mind is to pass on to you an advice given by one of the priests to the servants in the churches. It is a general call to a \u201cministry free of anxiety\u201d that will benefit us wherever we are. I was interested by the advice whose owner based it on his saying that: \u201covercoming feelings of anxiety requires being experienced in ministry\u201d. Of the requirements of commitment, he mentioned nothing about prayer and fasting. This is the minister\u2019s everyday life. However, he mentioned three things, two of which are related to the life of friendship and openness to the experienced brethren in the community. As for the third, he suggested to the servant to have, once in a while, a few days to get time for himself. Is there any ministry free of anxiety? Jesus said: \u201cdo not have an anxious mind\u201d (Luke 12: 29). This is the commandment of the perfect servant.
