I do not know how many years it has been since you left Lebanon. However, I am sure that you know that it is as you had left it, rather, if we mention our economic collapse, the epidemic, and the explosion of Beirut in August..., you know that it has become worse. It meant so much to me that you have come. The heart has its own orders. It is a word I would like to say to you: \u201cIf you love Lebanon, do not encourage anyone in it to leave it!\u201d You know. There are many things that are lost in our country. I am not talking, only, about medicine and electricity\u2026, but also about people by whose service amongst us we used to be reassured. Those who had left Lebanon for a better life for them supposedly value life. I am not telling you: \u201cyou have come. Stay\u201d. I am saying: \u201cthere were three pediatricians of a certain specialty, all three of whom had left us\u201d! It is then a word for you: \u201cLebanon needs the endurance of those who remain in it. Without them in it, there will be no survival for it, and there is no coming back for you\u201d.
